Identity design for a Food Hall in Denver, Colorado. Built in a town center located at the crossroads of a light rail lie, a highway and a major city boulevard.
Naming and Branding for a new food hall located on campus at Purdue University. The main target audience is students, so the identity was meant to feel young and fun while pulling in both university colors and interior design themes.
The client had acquired a 2-tower complex in downtown Denver call the Denver Financial Center. The plan was to modernize the street-level exterior and public spaces along with changing the name to something that was not so limiting as they were looking to expand the tenant mix. The new name reflects both the ownership company and the street location as well as representing the location between the traditional downtown and an up-an-coming area. The logo is both the acronym as well as an abstract rendering of the two buildings.
The Avery is a small, boutique hotel in Washington DC. The client wanted an identity that reflected the traditional neighborhood but with a color palette that was contemporary and stood out from the brand name hotels in the compset. Included here were other logo options considered. Project included website design as well.
